August 2007 - Statim MES
solution study for TeDrive Poland
Automotive is one of the industries
where manufacturing execution systems bring the biggest
benefits. Provertis will deliver consulting services for
TeDrive manufacturing department. Solution design study will
identify manufacturing operational challenges; suggest
solutions and Statim MES implementation benefits.
TeDrive production plants are located in Dueren and
Wuelfrath (Germany), Praszka (Poland) and Sao Paulo
(Brazil).
August 2007 - Requirements
and implementation analysis for Bumar Fablok
Provertis with Wasko S.A. will
implement Statim MES/LES and Baan ERP at Bumar Fablok.
Statim was identified both by customer and Wasko as a
perfect complementary solution to Baan ERP. Implementation
will support Fablok project based manufacturing to improve
capacity planning and on-time execution. Solution prototype
has already been finished. Project is planned for Q1 2008.
July 2007 - Statim with SAP R/3 for Siemens
Provertis with V-Ingénierie will upgrade Statim
installation to recently released version 3.0 at Siemens
manufacturing site. New version will support ERP system
change at Siemens. Provertis will deliver new extensions to
Enterprise Connector that allows seamless upgrade from BaaN
to SAP R/3.
July 2007 - Statim supports Microsoft Dynamics
AX
Together with our implementation partner, Improvity (www.improvity.pl),
we developed new extension to Enterprise Connector
integration for Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta). This new
module allows manufacturing companies that use Microsoft
Dynamics to take advantage of Statim manufacturing execution
system. Statim helps businesses to implement Six-Sigma
and Lean Manufacturing practices.

June 2007 - Solution design
study for Sante
Provertis has completed solution design
study for Sante. Design is a preliminary step to implement
Statim MES/LES solution to increase efficiency of
manufacturing and warehouse operations at Sante
manufacturing facility. Statim implementation will address
key manufacturing challenges in food industry in order to
lower production costs and towards higher customer
satisfaction. Project start-up is planned for August and
will include finished goods warehouse. Next phase will cover
manufacturing and raw material warehouse.
May 2007 - SAP R/3 development and implementation
services contract.
Provertis has entered into agreement to deliver development
and
implementation services for Yell. Provertis will support SAP
R/3, SAP
Business Warehouse and Microsoft .Net projects. The complete
integrated
solution will support planning sales strategies and help manage
sales
activities.
March 2007 – Statim MES
implementation for UTC completed
UTC goes live with Statim MES. System
is used by over 50 concurrent users and provides online,
real-time production floor visibility, filling in the gap
between planning and execution levels. Some
of the processes implemented include:
United Technologies Corporation (UTC)
is a diversified company whose products include Carrier
heating and air conditioning, Hamilton Sundstrand aerospace
systems and industrial products, Otis elevators and
escalators, Pratt & Whitney aircraft engines, Sikorsky
helicopters, UTC Fire & Security systems and UTC Power fuel
cells. Solution will be rolled out to the next four plans in
UTC group.
February 2007 - New contract finalized with
Siemens to provide Manufacturing Execution System.
Provertis’ partner V-Ingénierie has
finalized the contract for implementation of a Statim®, real-time manufacturing execution solution
for Siemens. The solution includes Provertis’ Statim® Suite of Applications and integration with
Baan enterprise resource planning system. Implementation of the
system will take only 2 months that is a fast ROI guarantee.
December 2006 - Statim 2.3
Release
Provertis announces new Statim 2.3
availability. New features include, but are not limited to:
- Leveraged benefits of Microsoft
.NET 2.0 and 3.0.
- Improved usability with wizards
and drag & drop functionality
- Support for Microsoft Windows
Vista operating system
- Support for Microsoft SQL Server

November 2006 - New business
opportunities with e-Klaster
Provertis joins e-Klaster
initiative in Malopolska region. The aim of the organization
is to develop close cooperation between small and medium
sized IT companies in Malopolska region. Read more about e-Klaster

October 2006 - Statim with
SAP R/3
Enterprise Connector, part of Statim
application suite, now supports seamless SAP R/3
integration. This new extension allows Statim MES/LES
integration with SAP ERP without coding, that result in more
reliable interfaces and faster implementation time.
Communication between systems is based on standard SAP
methodology and utilizes IDOC documents and ALE layer.
October 2006 – Web
application development for DYLI
Provertis was selected as software
development vendor for web based e-commerce solution. New
web application will utilize latest Microsoft technologies,
including ASP.NET 2.0, AJAX and SQL Server 2005.
In second stage application will be
expanded to support mobile users.
August 2006 - Statim
connects to Baan ERP
Provertis announces new extension to
Enterprise Connector that provides integration for Baan ERP.

April 2006 – MGPI goes live
Provertis and V-Ingénierie has
completed Statim MES implementation at MGPI (Synodys group).

support Apriso’s implementation of FlexNet in Honeywell
Garrett Turbo Technologies plants. The first plant will be
implemented in Thaon Les Vosges in France. Provertis will
deliver .Net and Oracle services to optimize FlexNet
operability.
